The 12th edition of the Metal Female Voices Fest will take place from October 17th to 19th in Wieze (Belgium – near Brussels). Location is the Oktoberhallen. It was very difficult to get a good line-up. Most of possible headliners werenot available. But the crew has done a great job! Saturday headliner will be Leaves’ Eyes with a special 10 years anniversary show called “Hymns of a Decade”. During this show a live DVD will be shot! Headliner on Sunday will be Therion. They are working on a Rock Opera, so they play only a few festival shows. Another great show will be performed by a project called “The Sirens” with three great metal songstresses: Liv Kristine, Anneke van Giersbergen & Kari Rueslåtten.

What else can we see during this three days: Sirenia, Xandria, Stream of Passion, Diabulus in Musica and many more! I can’t wait to see Aria Flame with Aziza A. Poggi, Skeptical Minds with Karolina Pacan, Jaded Star with Maxi Nil or Enemy of Reality with Iliana Tsakiraki. It will be great to meet these famous songstresses.
